(and subsidiaries thereof) offers FREE INSTALLATION and is not liable for damages caused by improper installation of Stair Lifts, Vertical Platform Lifts, or Ceiling Lifts sold by us – but NOT installed by us. We require the “self-install” buyer to have a licensed and properly trained Contractor or Service Technician to install or service any Stair Lift, Vertical Platform Lift, or Ceiling Lift we sell. Further, you the consumer are responsible to order the proper model and manufactured device that complies with your local, state and federal laws or compliance requirements. You, the consumer agree to obtain any permits necessary to your local, state and federal laws or compliance requirements.We urge you the buyer to consult your local licensed and authorized installer for advice on the proper selection of your Stair Lift, Vertical Platform Lift, or Ceiling Lift. We cannot be responsible for any advice given by any sales person or manufacturer’s representative.Jameson Medical, Inc. (and subsidiaries thereof) will not be liable for improper installation, operation service or maintenance, possibly resulting in fire, electrical shock, failure, property damage, personal injury or death from any Stair Lift, Vertical Platform Lift, or Ceiling Lift sold by any storefront or website owned and managed by Jameson Medical, Inc. Any problems or liability related to a manufacturing issue must be handled with the Stair Lift, Vertical Platform Lift, or Ceiling Lift Manufacturer. Jameson Medical will assist/replace as needed should a manufacturing issue is detected.
